The role also involves ensuring compliance with established guidelines, leading cross-channel testing and optimization strategies, and preparing regular performance reports.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in biddable performance media execution or paid e-commerce is required, with a strong preference for experience in retail media programmatic execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary. The role demands a deep understanding of retail commercial elements such as profit margin, inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to inform media decisions. Experience with retail bid management platforms like Pacvue or Skai, and campaign management across multiple retail platforms, is also required.
