Associate Manager, Performance (Programmatic)
The Associate Manager, Performance (Programmatic) at WPP Media is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on programmatic buying. This role also involves overseeing campaigns on key social and video advertising platforms, including YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and offers a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities include driving campaign activation and optimization across programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr. The Associate Manager will collaborate with planners and managers to develop media schedules that align with client objectives. Additionally, the role involves executing precise campaign setups, resolving tracking issues, managing budgets, and continuously monitoring performance against key goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in disciplines such as STEM, Mass Communications, Digital Advertising/Media, or Business Studies, along with at least three years of experience in programmatic buying or operations within a trading desk, publisher, or agency-managed model. Proficiency in DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr, as well as platforms like TikTok Ads and Google Ads, is essential. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
