Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in graphic or merchandise design, ideally within the entertainment, music, or fashion industries. Strong leadership skills, a polished portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite are required. Experience managing creative teams, strong project management skills, and familiarity with production processes for apparel and merchandise are essential.
