The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will be a key member of Alamo's digital department, playing a pivotal role in shaping how music reaches listeners worldwide through digital channels.
In this role, the Associate Director will set goals for artists and projects, developing timelines, content, and activations to achieve these objectives. They will secure buy-in from artists and partners, oversee social media and platform optimization, and manage delivery logistics. Collaborating with teams, they will brainstorm and execute creative digital marketing campaigns, leveraging knowledge of music culture, key brands, and influencers. Additionally, they will manage multiple social accounts with millions of followers, delivering high-quality content ranging from custom videos to interactive media.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience leading digital campaigns for rap artists and projects, preferably within a label environment. A deep understanding of the modern rap genre and its history is essential. Experience working with social platforms and music streaming sites is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work during normal business hours as well as attend music events at night. Alamo seeks open-minded and passionate music fans who collaborate well and bring positive energy to their tasks.
The position offers an annual base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
