The position involves collaboration with Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to build scalable compliance infrastructure and drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading and enhancing compliance operations, systems, and workflows; supporting healthcare professional and healthcare organization engagement processes; overseeing transparency reporting and third-party compliance activities; developing compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes; and supporting audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions. Experience in implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms is essential. A strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting requirements, is required. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements is also necessary. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, JD, or equivalent is preferred.
