As an Associate Director of Paid Social Advertising at WPP Media, you will lead a team dedicated to developing and executing paid social media campaigns for automotive clients. Additionally, you will manage the unit's revenue and profitability while staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in marketing, media studies, or a related field, with over five years of experience in online marketing, particularly in designing and managing paid social media campaigns. Prior leadership experience in social media, such as serving as a Team Lead in Paid Social, is essential. A deep understanding of social media platforms, strong analytical skills, high self-motivation, and proficiency in both German and English are required.
