This role involves leading the programmatic team, collaborating with regional counterparts across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, and driving innovation in programmatic media strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing programmatic strategies that leverage audience targeting, contextual intelligence, and dynamic creative optimization. The Associate Director will oversee campaign setup, quality assurance, optimization, and pacing across various platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Yahoo DSP. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with analytics teams to build custom dashboards, applying multi-touch attribution, and ensuring compliance with brand safety and privacy regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on programmatic media. Hands-on expertise in major buying platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP is essential. A strong understanding of data onboarding, audience segmentation, and DMP/CDP integrations is required. Experience managing large budgets across multi-market, multi-channel programmatic campaigns, along with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools, is also necessary.
