Associate Director - Social

As an Associate Director - Social at WPP Media, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, and YouTube. This role is integral to our Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact, multi-market social media initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with global brand objectives. You will manage campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and reporting, while partnering with creative teams to develop platform-native assets that enhance engagement and conversions. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social media. Proven expertise in managing multi-market social campaigns at scale and hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager are essential. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, 4C, Scibids, and Google Studio is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are also required.
