Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including but not limited to equity capital markets (ECM) and some debt capital markets (DCM) transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
