Associate KYC Analyst

In this role, the Associate KYC Analyst will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on merchants, collecting and verifying relevant documentation, and assessing potential risks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves direct communication with merchants, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related matters, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance onboarding processes.
Candidates should have at least one year of work experience, including internships and extracurricular activities, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over their work. A natural curiosity and the ability to think critically are essential, along with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. An interest in onboarding, KYC, and operational processes is important, and fluency in English is required.
