Associate Manager, Planning (Ecommerce)
The Associate Manager, Planning (Ecommerce) at WPP Media is responsible for leading ecommerce planning and driving integrated platform growth strategies across key online channels. This role translates business objectives into actionable ecommerce plans, identifies growth opportunities, and manages relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key responsibilities include developing ecommerce strategies and annual/quarterly plans aligned with business objectives, monitoring and evaluating ecommerce performance across platforms and campaigns, and serving as the primary contact for clients in day-to-day planning and performance discussions. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of major ecommerce platforms, managing multiple projects and timelines, and staying updated on market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related fields, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration is also required.
