Associate Sr. Technical Consultant
The Associate Sr. Technical Consultant at Conga is a pivotal role within the Technical Support team, focusing on delivering exceptional support for Conga's CRM products. This position is based in Bangalore and reports to the Senior Manager of Technical Support. Conga is a leading provider of commercial operations solutions, trusted by over 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100®.
In this role, the consultant is responsible for understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues reported by customers. The day-to-day work involves handling errors, user issues, and other technical problems that may prevent customers from effectively using Conga products. The consultant ensures timely resolution of issues, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate should possess 5-8 years of technical support experience, preferably in technologies such as Salesforce,.Net, or Java. A strong understanding of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, and approval processes is essential. Additionally, proficiency in advanced SQL scripting and programming languages like Visual Basic or C# is appreciated. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field is required.
