In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings. Collaboration with our team of skilled attorneys and support staff is essential to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to client advocacy are essential.
