Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated attorney specializing in property casualty and first-party property law to join our dynamic team. As a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm with a national presence, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload involving property casualty and first-party property claims. Responsibilities include overseeing cases in both state and federal courts, supervising and mentoring staff, managing discovery processes, conducting depositions, drafting legal documents such as petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs, and preparing cases for trial. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in property casualty, first-party property, or civil litigation. Admission to the Texas Bar is required, with a preference for candidates based in Houston. Additional state admissions are advantageous but not mandatory. Strong legal writing skills, experience in case management, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an average take-home pay ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Our compensation structure includes a base salary with the option to transition to a production-based model, where attorneys have the potential to earn mid-six to seven figures annually.
