Audit Manager - IT
Experian is seeking an experienced Audit Manager - IT to join our Data Management department. This role involves planning and executing risk-based internal audits within our IT environment, providing independent evaluations of risk under the guidance of the Head of Internal Audit. The position offers an opportunity to work within a global data and technology company dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing risk-based audit plans, conducting audit fieldwork, documenting work papers, advising management on identified gaps, and tracking actionable items. The role also involves evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls and application controls, as well as providing recommendations for process improvements to line management.
Candidates should possess 6 to 9 years of experience in IT internal audit or related fields, with exposure to information security, technology, and operational risk. A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is preferred, along with certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP. Experience in reviewing IT infrastructure, application development life cycles, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and network protections is essential. Knowledge of IT governance and security standards like NIST, ISO27001, COBIT, and PCIDSS is also required.
