Experian is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead internal audits across business processes and regulatory compliance areas. This role is integral to ensuring adherence to internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with applicable laws and global standards. The Audit Manager will join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of Experian's operations.

Key responsibilities include developing risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational objectives, leading end-to-end audits encompassing scoping, fieldwork, and reporting, and ensuring timely completion of assigned audits with proper documentation. The role also involves tracking reported issues, benchmarking processes against best practices, updating audit procedure manuals, and devising audit checklists to identify and resolve potential pitfalls and bottlenecks. Additionally, the Audit Manager will prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations, present findings to senior management, and monitor remediation progress.

The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 8 years of experience in an internal audit role and hold professional qualifications such as CA, CIA, ACCA, or CISA. Experience in auditing credit analysis, credit review, credit risk management, underwriting, and lending across various industries is essential. The candidate should have a strong understanding of banking products and practices, operations, regulatory environments, and potential risk areas. Strong financial analysis skills, commercial credit structure knowledge, and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to formulate sound conclusions are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
