The Business Manager will be responsible for developing long-term product roadmaps, creating business cases, and positioning products in the market. Key duties include coordinating with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute product launches and enhancements. The role also involves conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions, as well as managing pricing strategies and promotional activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, category management, strategic marketing, or related fields within consumer electronics, appliances, or other high-tech industries is required. The role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams and leadership. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is strongly preferred due to frequent collaboration with headquarters.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 to $140,000 annually.
