Business Analysis Manager, Partnership
The Business Analysis Manager (Partnership) at Appier will lead the Business Analysis (BA) function, transforming it into a strategic partner for both commercial and product teams. This role involves guiding Campaign Managers on inventory utilization and building insights that empower Business Development (BD), Product, and Campaign Management teams to make informed decisions. The position is based in Taipei, Taiwan, within a company that operates 17 offices across APAC, Europe, and the U.S., and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Key responsibilities include leading the BA team to establish strategic frameworks for evaluating campaign and inventory health, ensuring the provision of early-warning signals and strategic insights for leadership. The role also involves designing mechanisms for full visibility into current and future campaign demand, enabling long-term supply planning and resource allocation. Additionally, the manager will proactively translate demand momentum into strategic supply forecasts that shape commercial and product priorities.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data/business analysis, supply management, or digital advertising, with at least 2 years in team leadership. A strong analytical and statistical background is essential, along with experience in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, or campaign optimization support. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to drive analytics tooling and dashboard initiatives. Fluency in English is necessary, and additional language skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.
