Business Development Associate
The Business Development Associate at Focus Financial Partners plays a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development team by enhancing the Focus Partners Wealth brand and delivering exceptional client experiences. This position is integral to driving the firm's growth within its custodial referral network programs.
Key responsibilities include engaging proactively with Financial Consultants and end-clients through consistent communication, providing comprehensive sales support such as scheduling, prospecting, marketing, event coordination, and analytics. The role also involves utilizing CRM systems for data entry and internal workflow management, as well as coordinating across business lines with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of administrative work experience, including internships, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, are essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure are also critical for success in this role.
The annualized base pay for this position is expected to be $60,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
