Business Development Manager BI - Thailand
Lighthouse is seeking a Business Development Manager for Business Intelligence in Thailand to drive the expansion of our innovative commercial platform within the hospitality industry. This role involves leveraging our advanced data solutions to empower businesses with actionable insights and pricing tools that maximize revenue. As part of our global team, you'll contribute to our mission of transforming complex data into confident decision-making for hoteliers.
In this position, you will identify and secure new client opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within professional industry groups. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from responding to inbound inquiries and conducting product demonstrations to preparing tailored proposals and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Product Development team by providing client feedback to inform product enhancements.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of various Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). Proven success in business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and delivering clear product presentations, is essential. Fluency in English and Thai is required, and proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous. A self-starter attitude, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also key qualifications.
