As a Business Development Manager for Indonesia at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the independent hotel sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by promoting Lighthouse's Indy product suite to independent hotels. Your day-to-day activities will include managing outbound sales efforts, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team to identify and develop opportunities within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full sales cycle role, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry. A strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology requirements is essential. Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required, with proficiency in other Asian languages considered a strong plus. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, along with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, are crucial for success in this position.
