JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term customers.
This role is both commercially and technically focused, requiring the ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and close mid-market to enterprise deals.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation through to contract and go-live, while delivering against a £250k+ Year 1 revenue
DAY TO DAY THIS ROLE WILL
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and implementation.
- Qualify inbound opportunities by assessing customer needs and prioritizing high-potential leads for the sales pipeline.
