Business Development Representative - EMEA
Incode Technologies is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their EMEA team. As a leading provider of identity solutions, Incode is revolutionizing online identity verification to foster digital trust across various industries, including finance, government, retail, hospitality, and gaming. The BDR will play a pivotal role in expanding Incode's presence in the EMEA region by engaging with prospective clients and introducing innovative identity and fraud prevention solutions.
The primary responsibilities of the BDR include generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. The role involves conducting high-volume outbound calling activities, engaging prospective customers in live conversations, and identifying high-potential target accounts. Additionally, the BDR will leverage AI tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute account strategies.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, with a proven track record in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows are also important.
This is a hybrid role based in Belgrade, Serbia, with team members expected to work on-site two to three days per week.
