Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative at Recorded Future, you will be an integral part of the sales team, working closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. Recorded Future is a leading intelligence company with over 1,000 professionals serving more than 1,900 clients worldwide. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing qualified sales opportunities, collaborating with inbound marketing to nurture customer and prospect relationships, and executing outbound prospecting techniques to consistently meet and exceed monthly goals. You will also be expected to log activities reliably in and work collaboratively with the Account Executive team to develop territories and strengthen the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to take direction, be coached and mentored, and possess a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. Demonstrated success in interacting with people by phone, leading and persuading, and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting is essential. Strong presence and interpersonal skills are also required to excel in this role.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $47,000 to $66,000, with individual pay determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
