The Business Intelligence Senior Executive role at WPP Media is a key position within the Activation Team, focusing on enhancing data quality and reporting capabilities. Key responsibilities include collecting and defining data and reporting requirements in collaboration with the Client Activation Lead and Client Analytics, ensuring the implementation of critical metrics for database development and data integration. The role also involves managing large datasets through database solutions and data visualization tools, assisting in setting up client environments for proper data connectivity, and developing custom databases on reporting platforms. Additionally, the Senior Executive will strategize and develop data visualization layers for business intelligence platforms to generate insights for campaign monitoring and optimization, and help develop automated quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or have equivalent professional work experience. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data management, data visualization, and data analytics, preferably within a marketing or media agency, is required. Experience with digital data from ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), campaign planning tools (e.g., Prisma, Lumina, MediaOcean), website analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g., Adwords, Marin) is strongly preferred. The role demands strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of mathematical concepts as they apply to campaign performance, and the ability to execute tasks autonomously while keeping team members informed of progress and challenges.
