The Business Support Administrator, Operations at Verra Mobility is a full-time role based in South Melbourne, Australia. This position is integral to the APAC Operations team, providing high-quality administrative and project support to ensure the seamless delivery of road safety services to both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include processing monthly invoices, managing purchase orders for goods and services, maintaining accurate records, and delivering customer reports in accordance with service level agreements. The role also involves managing work permits, contractor agreements, and ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety standards through the Linksafe application. Additionally, the administrator oversees multiple customer support inboxes and performs various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure. A customer-focused approach is essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with SAP ByDesign is preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in business support within operational environments is necessary, along with foundational project support skills and experience in regulated environments. A Certificate IV in Business Administration and a full Australian Driver’s License are highly desirable.
