Business Support Analyst
Experian is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join our Technology department in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this position, you will manage daily ticket workloads, including cases, incidents, and problems, by thoroughly investigating issues and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate with various support levels to ensure minimal impact on client operations and effective resolution of issues. Additionally, you will gather client configurations, apply necessary changes, test, and document improved solutions to meet client requirements. Your responsibilities will also include configuring core software, testing it against specifications, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a customer-focused role, a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or related fields, and fluency in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret client needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Experience with data extraction, formulation, and analysis is also required. Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, coding languages, and operating systems is advantageous.
