The Campaign Quality Coordinator at WPP Media is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of advertising campaigns. This role involves collaborating with the Trading and Activator teams to verify site details, digital elements, and final paperwork, ensuring all bookings are complete and correct. The coordinator also manages financial inputs, locks campaigns in the finance system, and provides necessary documentation for invoicing. Additionally, they handle design allocations, dispatch files, and generate reports for campaign inspections as requested by clients.

Key responsibilities include obtaining and checking site details and digital elements for each booking, receiving and verifying final paperwork, adding fixed costs, and ensuring intercompany financial inputs are accurate. The coordinator communicates any issues or omissions to the Activator promptly, generates design allocations for vendors, provides dispatch files to the Poster Collation Dispatch Company, and runs audit files by the due date. They also provide reports requested by Activators and set up campaign inspections as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and efficient, with excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Excel. A keen eye for detail and strong numerical skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and learn new IT systems quickly. The role requires a proactive team player who builds good relationships with a range of people, is resilient under pressure, and works well to tight deadlines.
