Case Developer
The Case Developer position at Morgan & Morgan is an entry-level role within the firm's Social Security Administration (SSA) practice area. The Case Developer will work closely with attorneys and clients to manage Social Security disability claims from intake through the appeals process.
Key responsibilities include filing appeals within SSA deadlines, assisting clients with paperwork and inquiries, communicating with the SSA regarding claims, reviewing files for potential issues, preparing request-for-hearing files for legal teams, and maintaining organized case files. The role also involves daily interaction with clients via telephone and email, as well as collaboration with coworkers involved in case management and support.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The ideal candidate is a team player who can follow procedures, multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
