Case Intake Specialist - CSR

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Intake Specialist to join their Las Vegas, NV office. This full-time, in-office role involves being the first point of contact for clients facing challenging situations, offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out.

Key responsibilities include conducting consultations with potential clients to determine if the firm can assist them, collecting and inputting data regarding prospective cases, scheduling follow-up appointments, sending and obtaining signed retainers via email or text, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving client issues professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to handle multiple priorities, reliability, and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute with excellent writing skills while navigating multiple software applications.

Compensation for this position includes an $18 per hour wage and a $250 sign-on bonus eligible after 90 days of employment. Benefits for full-time employees include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
