Case Manager Lead

The Case Manager Lead at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for supervising a team of five case managers and managing a portfolio of approximately 50 high-value cases. This role reports directly to the Pre-Suit Attorney and collaborates closely with Trial Attorneys to ensure efficient case management throughout the litigation process.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the case management team by conducting regular meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster professional growth. The Case Manager Lead monitors case timelines and milestones, implements strategies to streamline processes, and ensures timely and accurate handling of cases from inception to litigation.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
