Case Manager, Personal Injury
Wettermark Keith, a rapidly growing national personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and external partners. Our firm is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-focused legal representation to individuals and families facing life-changing injuries.
The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing personal injury cases, maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates and support, coordinating with attorneys and staff to ensure cases progress efficiently, obtaining and reviewing medical records and bills, scheduling appointments and liaising with healthcare providers, working with insurance companies and adjusters on claims, assisting with drafting legal documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate case files, and supporting settlement and case closing processes.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of case management experience, preferably in personal injury, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a law office setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, experience with medical records and insurance claims, and familiarity with case management software are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Birmingham office. Compensation includes a competitive hourly salary commensurate with experience, a discretionary performance bonus, and benefits.
