Cash Management & Treasury Operations Specialist (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)
Agoda is seeking a Cash Management & Treasury Operations Specialist to join its Finance team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role focuses on managing day-to-day cash operations across corporate and merchant funds, contributing to the company's global expansion and ensuring liquidity is well-managed across various currencies and markets.
The specialist will be responsible for executing recurring treasury activities, operating cash concentration and pooling structures, and assisting with daily cash positioning to ensure sufficient funding across bank accounts. Additional duties include managing the funding of wallets with corporate funds, supporting foreign exchange settlements, and contributing to extending short-term cash flow forecasts. The role also involves supporting key treasury projects such as Treasury Management System development, cash segregation, and initiatives focused on automation and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or professional certification (CFA, CTP) preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a treasury department of a regulated entity offering financial services is required. In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, financial markets, and investment strategies is essential. Experience with cash concentration and notional cash pool structures within a corporate treasury or banking environment is also necessary.
