Founded in 2016, Banyan Software acquires and grows companies worldwide, focusing on a buy-grow-and-hold-for-life approach. Northwoods has been serving state and county HHS agencies for over 20 years, providing platforms that support caseworkers in child welfare, child support, economic assistance, and adult services.
