Chief Executive Officer - Netherlands

Banyan Software is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its established portfolio companies in the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a profitable SaaS business, typically generating €5–10 million in annual revenue, with healthy EBITDA margins and teams ranging from 10 to 40 employees. The CEO will have full operational authority, reporting directly to a Banyan Operating Partner, and will be responsible for the company's overall strategy, product direction, go-to-market execution, team performance, and P&L outcomes.
