Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff to the CEO at Diligent Corporation, you will collaborate directly with the CEO and the global Senior Management Team to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate execution, and ensure organizational alignment. This role is pivotal in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the company's most critical priorities.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the CEO to shape and execute strategic initiatives and special projects, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and acting as an "air traffic controller" for the leadership team by synthesizing information and maintaining a holistic view of priorities. Additionally, you will facilitate executive road-mapping, business planning, and prioritization sessions, coordinate key business management processes such as budgeting and performance management, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure follow-through on high-impact initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of professional experience, preferably with a background in management consulting, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment. Prior experience as a Chief of Staff is advantageous. Essential skills include the ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects from concept through execution, comfort with driving change and operating in ambiguity, and strong analytical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with and leveraging AI are also important. Exceptional organizational, proactive, and problem-solving skills are required. The position is based in New York City and involves frequent domestic and international travel.
Diligent offers a competitive salary range of $151,000 to $189,000 annually, along with comprehensive health benefits, a flexible work environment, generous time-off policies, and wellness programs.
