Chief Technology Officer
InfoTrack US is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the transformation of our multi-product, multi-platform environment into a unified, modern, and scalable architecture. As a global leader in legal technology, InfoTrack connects law firms to courts and essential litigation services, enhancing efficiency within the legal system. This role is pivotal in driving our technological strategy and ensuring our platforms support substantial future growth.
The CTO will oversee engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and platform operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include consolidating multiple platforms and legacy systems into a single, scalable foundation, driving AI transformation through model hosting and data pipelines, and introducing high-performance engineering operating models with clear metrics for velocity, quality, and uptime. Additionally, the CTO will partner with executive leadership to execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and ensure the organization's security posture and compliance standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in large-scale engineering organizations, managing teams of 50 to 100+ engineers. They should possess deep expertise in delivering major consolidation initiatives, including rationalizing redundant architectures and executing platform mergers. Experience in building AI-enabled platforms and integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments is essential. The candidate should be a hands-on operator with a bias for action, capable of driving cross-functional alignment and scaling organizations while maintaining velocity, quality, and reliability.
