Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate (CSA) at Focus Partners Wealth plays a pivotal role in supporting wealth advisors and Client Service Specialists to deliver exceptional client service. This position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office per week. Focus Partners Wealth is a part of Focus Financial Partners, a leading fiduciary advice company dedicated to providing personalized wealth management services.
In this role, the CSA is responsible for coordinating meeting follow-ups, preparing performance review materials, managing required minimum distribution (RMD) projects for clients, and handling custodian paperwork. Additionally, the CSA ensures that all client information is accurately maintained across systems, sets up client portals, and documents client interactions in Salesforce. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to client service. The role demands excellent teamwork, ethical conduct, professionalism, and dependability. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to perform mathematical calculations and reason analytically. Proficiency in relevant computer software, including accounting and database systems, is also required.
The annual base salary for this non-exempt position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience and subject matter expertise.
