Client Services Liaison
SRS Acquiom is seeking a Client Services Liaison to join our team. This role involves managing shareholder communications and operational tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively to provide exceptional service to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities include handling shareholder inquiries via phone and email, managing an internal case management system, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues efficiently. The liaison will also prepare client correspondence, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of customer service experience in the financial industry, preferably dealing with high-net-worth individuals. A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required. Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not mandatory.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27.40 to $28.85, depending on experience.
