Diligent Corporation is seeking an experienced Client Success Advisor to join our growing Customer Success team, focusing on key accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful adoption, retention, and long-term customer value across our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. As a Client Success Advisor, you will work closely with clients to unlock value, strengthen engagement, and ensure their success in managing governance, risk, and compliance.

In this role, you will partner with key clients to understand their platform usage, identify gaps, and drive greater value and adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering best-practice guidance to help customers improve risk, audit, and compliance outcomes using the platform. Responsibilities include building and maintaining structured account plans, proactively tracking engagement, usage trends, and overall customer health, as well as identifying at-risk accounts and taking targeted action to re-engage and improve outcomes. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support teams is essential to resolve issues, influence enhancements, and support expansion opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of experience in client-facing roles within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry, including at least 5 years in a client engagement role supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand. Experience in the GRC field is essential, along with a strong understanding of GRC domains, regulations, industry standards, and experience with software solutions and platforms. Proficiency in using technology SaaS platforms and GRC platforms, as well as strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required. Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to travel to client sites are also necessary.
