Client Success Advisor
The Client Success Advisor at Diligent Corporation plays a pivotal role in driving client adoption, retention, and expansion within the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This position is integral to Diligent's Customer Success retention strategy, focusing on key accounts to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform. Diligent is a leading provider of GRC SaaS solutions, serving over 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide.
In this role, the Client Success Advisor is responsible for providing guidance and best practices on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the functionality of the GRC platform to align with clients' business processes and objectives. The advisor conducts in-depth assessments of clients' GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions. Collaboration with clients on internal roadmaps and compliance requirements is essential, as is partnering closely with internal Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement based on client use cases.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry. An adaptive mindset and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally are crucial. A strong understanding of the GRC domain, regulations, industry standards, and experience with software solutions and platforms is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. The role also requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple client engagements concurrently. Willingness to travel to client sites is expected.
