Diligent Corporation is seeking a Client Success Advisor to join their team, focusing on key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities within their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role is integral to Diligent's Customer Success retention strategy, leveraging a combination of people, process, and technology to deliver value to clients. The position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

In this role, the Client Success Advisor will provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with clients' business processes and objectives. They will conduct in-depth assessments of clients' GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions. Collaboration with clients on internal roadmaps, governance, risk, and compliance requirements will be essential. The advisor will also ensure proper understanding and adoption of the platform solutions, identify at-risk clients, and work to increase usage of the software and modules. Additionally, they will partner closely with internal Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement of the platform based on client use cases. Monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices in the GRC landscape to proactively share insights and recommendations with clients is also a key responsibility.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry. An adaptive mindset and the ability to drive meaningful paths to how customers see tangible business value are essential. The role requires the ability to build relationships both internally and externally to understand the underpinning needs of Diligent in terms of delivering proposed business value. A strong understanding of the GRC domain, regulations, industry standards, as well as experience with software solutions and platforms, is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels within an organization and translate technical concepts into business terms, are crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex business challenges and develop solutions that drive value and automation for clients, are required. The candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to client sites is also expected.
