The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving the organic growth of existing accounts. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. The CAM must be based within the assigned region and is required to travel approximately 60% of the time, equating to three days per week.

Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base. The CAM will collaborate with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites and drive the introduction of new products and technologies to existing customers. Building advocacy within facilities, developing a qualified lead funnel, and managing upgrades and departmental expansions are also essential duties. Strong project management skills are necessary to support new account launches.

The role requires 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience. Alternatively, registered nurses with industry experience in supporting sales teams are eligible. Candidates should be excellent communicators and relationship builders, with the ability to assess and understand different stakeholders' needs. Confidence to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building is essential. Being driven, coachable, and possessing high integrity are also important qualities.

Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $180,000.
