The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell, Inc. is responsible for launching new hospital accounts and driving organic growth within existing installations. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. The CAM must be based within the designated region and is required to travel approximately 60% of the time.

Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, collaborating with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites, and introducing new products and technologies to current clients. The CAM is also tasked with building strong advocacy within healthcare facilities, developing a robust lead funnel, conducting training for physicians, managing upgrades, and supporting departmental expansions in existing accounts. Strong project management skills are essential for successful new account launches.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or be a registered nurse with industry experience supporting sales teams. Essential skills include excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, creative problem-solving, strategic prioritization, and the capacity to assess stakeholder needs and adjust strategies accordingly. Confidence to challenge the status quo and effect meaningful change through consensus building is also important. Experience with start-ups, disruptive technology, or neuro ICU is a plus.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $100,000, with on-target earnings up to $180,000.
