Clinical Account Manager-Las Vegas/Inland Empire/Orange County
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell, Inc. is responsible for launching new hospital accounts and driving organic growth within existing installations. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. The position requires the candidate to be based within the Las Vegas, Inland Empire, or Orange County regions, with a travel commitment of approximately 60% (three days per week).
Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, collaborating with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites, and introducing new products and technologies to current clients. The CAM will also build advocacy within healthcare facilities, develop a robust lead funnel, conduct training for physicians, manage upgrades, and support departmental expansions in existing accounts. Strong project management skills are essential for successful new account launches.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or be an RN with industry experience supporting sales teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strategic prioritization are crucial. The candidate should be able to assess stakeholder needs, adjust strategies for desired outcomes, and confidently challenge the status quo to effect meaningful change. A driven and coachable attitude, with a desire to seek feedback and apply new skills, is also important. Experience with start-ups, disruptive technology, or neuro ICU is a plus.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $100,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $180,000.
