Clinical Account Manager- Massachusetts
The Clinical Account Manager role at Ceribell, Inc. is a field-based position focused on supporting accounts within Massachusetts. As part of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in introducing and supporting the ongoing adoption of Ceribell’s rapid EEG technology within hospitals and healthcare networks. Ceribell is a medical technology company committed to transforming neurological care by providing immediate brain monitoring solutions at the bedside.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clinical customers and driving the expansion of Ceribell’s product into new accounts. Key day-to-day activities include conducting clinical in-services, providing product education and training to physicians and nursing staff, and ensuring optimal integration and utilization of Ceribell’s EEG system. You will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals, coordinate meetings and demonstrations, and troubleshoot clinical implementation challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, neuroscience, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a clinical, medical device, or healthcare account management role. Strong clinical acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex hospital environments are essential. Previous experience with neurocritical care or EEG technologies is highly desirable. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based setting.
