The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving the organic growth of existing accounts. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. The position is based in Norfolk, VA, and requires 60% travel, approximately three days per week.

Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, collaborating with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites, and driving new product and technology introductions for existing customers. The CAM will also build advocacy within facilities, develop a qualified lead funnel, and manage upgrades and departmental expansions in the existing install base. Strong project management skills are essential to support new account launches.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or be a registered nurse with industry experience supporting sales teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational and strategic prioritization capabilities are required. The candidate should be driven, coachable, and possess high integrity. Experience with start-ups, disruptive technology, medical devices, neuro ICU clinical settings, or sales is a plus.

Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000, with on-target earnings up to $180,000.
