Clinical Account Manager- North Bay
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell, Inc. is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within the existing hospital network. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for expansion. The position requires the CAM to be based within the designated region, with approximately 60% travel (three days per week) to various sites.
Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the current customer base and collaborating with the local Territory Manager to introduce Ceribell at new customer sites. The CAM will drive new product and technology introductions, build advocacy within facilities using hospital data to generate interest, and develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training sessions. Additionally, the role involves managing upgrades and departmental expansion within the existing install base and providing project management support for new account launches.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Registered Nurses with industry experience supporting sales teams are also considered. Essential skills include excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, creative and effective problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to assess and understand various stakeholders' needs. Confidence to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building is crucial. Experience in start-ups, disruptive technology, medical devices, neuro ICU clinical settings, or sales is advantageous.
Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 annually, with performance-based incentive compensation and equity opportunities.
