Clinical Account Manager- PacNW
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving the organic growth of existing hospital accounts. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. The CAM must be based within the Pacific Northwest region and is expected to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, collaborating with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites, and introducing new products and technologies to existing customers. The CAM will also build advocacy within facilities, develop a qualified lead funnel, and manage upgrades and departmental expansions in existing accounts. Strong project management skills are essential to support new account launches.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or be an RN with industry experience supporting sales teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills are required. The candidate should be able to assess and understand different stakeholders' needs, challenge the status quo effectively, and be driven and coachable. Experience in start-ups, disruptive technology, medical devices, neuro ICU clinical settings, or sales is a plus.
Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000, with on-target earnings of $180,000, and uncapped commission potential, along with Ceribell equity.
