The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Ceribell, Inc. is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within the existing customer base. This role involves providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, focusing on the clinical applications of Ceribell's products. The CAM will work closely with the local Territory Manager to introduce Ceribell's technology to new customer sites and expand its use in acute or critical care centers.

Key responsibilities include expanding the use of Ceribell's products within existing hospitals, building advocacy among healthcare professionals, and developing a qualified lead funnel. The CAM will conduct formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and training sessions to drive physician education and product adoption. Additionally, the role requires strong project management skills to support new account launches and ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience. Alternatively, registered nurses with industry experience supporting sales teams are also considered. Essential skills include excellent communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and the ability to influence change through consensus building. Experience in start-ups, disruptive technology, medical devices, neuro ICU clinical settings, or sales is advantageous.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 with on-target earnings of $180,000.
